The Fallout world is a shit-hole, and I don't see splicers finding it worthwhile to strategically plan or execute an assault on the NCR or Brotherhood. The splicers are mostly insane socialites and white-collar professionals who would hardly be able to stop slaughtering each other for Adam long enough to mount a surface expedition, and if they did, it wouldn't be very large, nor would it last very long. Big daddies primarily appear programmed to protect Little Sisters. Overall, your enjoyment can vary with any Loot Crate box but that especially holds true with this one.Rapture has never demonstrated the ability to project its forces anywhere outside of Rapture. The Fallout-inspired inner box design is also one of the best I’ve seen for a Loot Crate. One exception is the Fallout figure and DLC, which are based on games that were just released last year so that might float the boat of gamers, including some younger folks. There was almost nothing here, for example, that my niece would have liked. That’s great if you’re a Gen Xer such as myself who enjoyed Robocop, Terminator 2 and the Matrix but not so good if you’re a younger person who doesn’t have an affinity for those classic movies.
